About Me
I was born in Connecticut and moved to Arizona in 2006. At Eastern Connecticut State University I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1999. While working in my field for a few years I started to have health issues which led me to alternative therapies to help relieve the symptoms. I fell in love with Reiki and Massage Therapy.
Feeling drawn to share my discoveries to help others find alternative sources of healing, I was certified in Reiki I, II, and Advanced with Jocelyn Lebowitz. Also, I completed Spa Massage Therapy training from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2005. I finished my Reiki Master training with Deborah Corbett in 2008. My goal is to help people awaken their innate ability and capacity to improve and heal their quality of life. Presently, I am offering Massage and Body Therapies, Reiki services, Reiki classes and Reiki shares.
Currently, I am licensed by the state of Arizona, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and nationally certified by National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. To better serve my clients I obtain continuing education credits on a regular basis.
When my husband and I decided to have children, I read many books and learned about how much need there is for women to have a strong support system before, during and after pregnancy which led me to the Doula and Child Birth Education training with Nurturing Hearts in Mesa, AZ in the fall of 2008. In February of 2009, I participated in a DONA Doula training workshop with Mary Langlois. Presently, I have attended three births.
My company is based on the belief that customers' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service.
